This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of integrating digital technology in social studies (IPS) learning in elementary schools on improving students' digital literacy and learning outcomes. Through a quasi-experimental design, two groups of students were compared—the experimental group used digital applications (Padlet, Google Earth, interactive videos) and the control group used conventional methods. The results of the study show a significant increase in the average learning outcomes and digital literacy scores of students in the experimental group compared to the control group. The integration of digital technology encourages student motivation, activity, and active participation in discussions, local cultural projects, and online presentations. This study also reveals the main obstacles in the form of limited devices and internet access, which can be overcome through teacher collaboration, school support, and digital literacy training. The final results of the study recommend an adaptive digital social studies learning model and the strengthening of policies to improve digital literacy in schools.Unduhan
