ANALISIS PERAN GURU DALAM MEMBENTUK KEPRIBADIAN SISWA MELALUI PENDIDIKAN

Abstrak

Moral belief education plays an important role in forming students' personalities, especially in building good moral and spiritual character. Teachers as central figures in education have a very large role in instilling moral values in students, which not only influence intellectual aspects, but also moral and social aspects of students. This research aims to analyze the role of teachers in shaping students' personalities through moral education, using library research research methods to examine various literature sources related to educational theory, moral beliefs, and the role of teachers in character education. Based on literature analysis, it was found that teachers not only function as teachers of moral belief material, but also as role models in students' daily lives. The methods used by teachers in moral education greatly influence the development of students' character, such as the use of a values-based approach, personal example, and consistent strengthening of discipline. In addition, the research results show that effective moral education is able to form students' positive attitudes, strengthen moral awareness, and increase students' sense of social and spiritual responsibility. The conclusion of this research is that the role of teachers in moral education is very important in shaping students' personalities, and therefore, efforts are needed to strengthen the capacity and quality of moral education in schools.
