This qualitative descriptive research investigates the implementation of moral education values among class VIII students at SMP IT Al-Fath, Mempura District. The study is motivated by the school's vision of integrating general and Islamic education to cultivate students with Islamic and Qur'anic character. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving one PAI teacher and ten students. The findings indicate that moral education is successfully implemented through both direct and indirect methods. Directly, teachers motivate students and establish habits of noble character, including participation in obligatory and sunnah worship to enhance piety. Indirectly, educators serve as essential role models, demonstrating ethical social interaction, disciplined behavior, and proper language. Key supporting factors for this success include a conducive Islamic environment, exemplary teachers, positive peer groups, and strong parental support. Conversely, the primary inhibiting factors are identified as originating from the students themselves. Ultimately, the research concludes that while current results are good, the continuous success of moral development depends on the collective synergy between teachers, parents, the environment, and the students' own commitment.Unduhan
