This study aims to find out the efforts of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) teachers in Classroom Management in MTs PP AMTI Rempak Sabak Auh Students Siak Regency and to find out the factors that influence the emergence of Class management problems in students at MTs PP Amti Rempak Sabak Auh Siak Regency. This research method is qualitative descriptive, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words of people and qualitative observable behavior. As a subject in this study is the subject of research as an informant, meaning people in the research background to provide information about the situation and conditions of the research background. The subjects in this study were 1 SKI teacher at MTs PP Amti Rempak, Sabak Auh District, Siak Regency and MTs PP Amti Rempak Sabak Auh class students, Siak Regency. SKI teachers at MTs PP Amti Rempak, Sabak Auh District, Siak Regency and MTs PP Amti Rempak Sabak Auh class students, Siak Regency. The object of this study is the efforts of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) teachers in Classroom Management for MTs PP AMTI Rempak Sabak Auh Students, Siak Regency. The problem in this study is how the efforts of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) teachers in Classroom Management in MTs PP AMTI Rempak Sabak Auh Students Siak Regency and to find out the factors that influence the emergence of Class management problems in class students at MTs PP Amti Rempak Sabak Auh Siak Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation then interpreted, defined, and spoken so that various problems that arise can be described appropriately and clearly. And the results of the research are Classroom management efforts in learning SKI grade VIII 3 at MTs PP Amti Rempak have been carried out by SKI teachers with good results. Teachers have used the 7 P's (Arrangements regarding teaching and learning process rooms, seating arrangements, light and ventilation arrangements, storage arrangements for items, teacher leadership type arrangements, teacher attitude settings and teacher voice settings). ). This can be seen from the observation activities, that SKI teachers have made these efforts. The factors that affect management consist of supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Causative factors (supporting factors) that influence the emergence of classroom management problems in SKI learning are caused by several things. The inhibiting factors are divided into two, namely class management factors and, facility factors.Referensi
